Deal Alert: Cheap Games At Toys R Us

Toys R Us is offering a $5 gift card when you purchase $20 of select games. You can use the manufacturer's coupons here AND send in the mail in rebate.

Here is a scenerio that Meghan at Savvy Spending came up with to get 3 games nearly free.

• Battleship game: $8.99, use $4 printable coupon, submit for a $3 rebate
• Operation game: $8.99, use $5 printable coupon, submit for $3 rebate
• Candy Land, Memory, Chutes & Ladders (or others): $4.99, submit for $2 rebate
• After $5 gift card, rebates, and coupons: FINAL COST:  $0.97 or $0.33 each!

You can buy any combination of games- just spend at least $20 to get the $5 gift card and then save your receipt to send in for the rebates (you can see the games eligible for the rebate here). You can send in for multiple rebates with one form and one receipt- just check off the games you bought on the form. Only one rebate per game per household though.


These games will be great for birthday gifts or Christmas gifts.  If you donate to Toys for Tot or the Angel Tree ministry, these will be great donation items.
