SkinMD Natural Lotion Review

I was recently given the opportunity to try Skin MD Natural Face, Hand & Body Shielding Lotion.

This is what the SkinMD site has to say about their products:

"SkinMD does not test on animals or use animal by-products. It is dermatology tested, fragrance and colorant free and hypoallergenic.

Skin MD Natural keeps moisture-robbing irritants away while proprietary "super" humectants hydrate the skin throughout the day. It is promptly absorbed without the slightest hint of any greasy or oily feeling or residue, transforming the outer layer of skin into a hydrating invisible shield."

Okay, I have heard much of this before about other products only to be disappointed by them so I was understandably skeptical. My skin is a combination of oily and dry flaky areas and I just could not see how it would be beneficial to both areas of my skin.

I decided to try it as I would use my regular facial moisturizer. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bottle and found that there was no overwhelming fragrance. I was also suprised to find that it was very lightweight. . .not sticky and heavy the way many lotions are. After applying it to my face, I was able to go about the rest of my morning routine without have to wait for my hands to "unstick".

After using the lotion for over one month, I am very pleased with the results. My favorite part is that I did not have a problem with my skin breaking out when I initially started using the lotion as it has with other products. I am definitely seeing a difference in my skin. Rather than a combination of oily and dry patches, my face is soft and smooth and is more uniform. An added bonus is that my hand are soft and look less wrinkled.

SkinMD can be ordered online (scroll down to bottle sells) on their site or it can be found in a store near you. Many Walgreens and CVS Pharmacies carry it. Check for a store near you.

Right now, SkinMD is offering all ClipperGirl's Saving Spot readers a 20% discount when you use coupon code JHFD  at checkout.

Don't take my word for it. Send a SASE to the address below to receive 2 free samples packets. Each packet has 3-5 uses.

Super Market Guru Product Reviews

Mr. Lempert is reviewing 5 new products this week. His scoring on one of the products is quite suprising to me.
Bumblebee Prime Filet Tonno in Olive Oil Score: 92%
Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters Roasted Cashew Flavor Score: 73%
(what a surprise! I love these and have found nothing but rave reviews from other bloggers. Guess he does not know how to shop the deals the way we do)
Tennesse Toe Jam Score: 87% (the name prevents me from trying it LOL!)
Me Sparkling Beverage: Unavailable Flavor Score: 86%
World Habours Buccaneer Blends Apple Maple BBQ Sauce Score: 82%
