Freschetta FlatBread Pizza Review and Giveaway

I was contacted recently by Freschetta about trying thier new FlatBread Pizza.  I've always loved thin crust pizzas so I was happy to "oblige". 

I was pleasantly surprised by the varieties available.  There is:

Zesty Italian that has pepperoni, genoa salami, italian sausage and a blend of mozzarella and asiago cheese. (mmmmmmm! this was my choice to try)

Roasted Garlic and Spinach has sweet roasted cloves of garlic, spinach and creamy garlic sauce (great for those like my DH who LOVE garlic)

And for minimalist there are Pepperoni and a Five Cheese varieties. 

My opinion of Freschetta Flatbread Pizza is a resounding thumbs up.  I loved the crispy thin crust. The toppings were just right.  I am a minimalist when it comes to sauces.  I like just enough sauce for taste, but do not like for it to be overpowering and it was perfect.

It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year . . .

TAX PREPARATION TIME!!

What did you think I was going to say?

Yes, now is the time when many of us are organizing our receipts, bills and other paperwork in preparation for TAX DAY!! Some of us (myself included), have our work cut out for us.  (I am so glad I am not Vlogging so that you can hear comments from my husband!).  I am a terribly disorganized person so tax time is very stressful for me.

So, I was extremely excited when I was contacted by Carolina Pad about trying out their organizational products to help me with this year's tax preparation.  When I think of organizational products I think of those beautiful manila folders, the glistening stainless paper clips...those brown cardboard accordian files.

What a surprise I had when I opened my box.  I received several items from the Carolina Pad 2009 Hot Chocolate collection.  Gone are the days of drab office supplies.  These products are very trendy and very sturdy.  Carolina Pad products have been featured on "Glee", ABC's "Extreme Makeover-Home Edition" and on Oprah when Carrie Underwood showed how she uses a Notebound Notebook as a food diary.
I received:

 
a 13 pocket expanding file with tabs.  This file is being used to sort out my receipts, bills, etc by category. (I said I was disorganized-I have simply been throwing all paperwork into a basket).

an 8 pocket Organizational Folder-great for keeping track of my reports needed when I get ready to start my tax return online.

a 26 Pocket Expanding File:  Get ready 2010 Tax Year, I will not be disorganized.  I have already labeled each section and will be putting receipts in the appropriate pockets.

12 File Folders:  I am using these to store workshop paperwork and affiliate paperwork.

 
10 Fashion Paper Clips and 6 Large Binder Clips.
