I was contacted recently by Freschetta about trying thier new FlatBread Pizza. I've always loved thin crust pizzas so I was happy to "oblige".
I was pleasantly surprised by the varieties available. There is:
Zesty Italian that has pepperoni, genoa salami, italian sausage and a blend of mozzarella and asiago cheese. (mmmmmmm! this was my choice to try)
Roasted Garlic and Spinach has sweet roasted cloves of garlic, spinach and creamy garlic sauce (great for those like my DH who LOVE garlic)
And for minimalist there are Pepperoni and a Five Cheese varieties.
My opinion of Freschetta Flatbread Pizza is a resounding thumbs up. I loved the crispy thin crust. The toppings were just right. I am a minimalist when it comes to sauces. I like just enough sauce for taste, but do not like for it to be overpowering and it was perfect.

Yum Zesty italian sounds like its right up my alley on what I like on my pizza. Love to try it out. Love the idea of thin crust.

My favorite pizza topping is green olives. It is really hard to find a delivery that has them. A mix of green and black olives would be heavenly. Of course, in a house full of man/boys we usually end up with pepperoni.
