Some Walgreens stores have all of the Neutrogena Skin Clearing foundation marked down to less than half price - all shades. The reason according to one store manager is that Neutrogena is getting ready to do a packaging change and so they are clearancing out the current product. The makeup normally sells for around $12.50 per bottle, and it is now on sale for around $5 a bottle.
