The following information was taken from Sue Stocks, "Taking Stock" blog in the News & Observer:

At Lowes Foods (These prices good through Tuesday, June 3): *Land O Frost lunchmeats are $2.99 and there were Land O Frost coupons on April 27 and May 11.
*Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Total Whole Grain are $3 a box and you could use the $1 off two coupon from this past Sunday’s little flier (that’s just an OK price). Note: there are $1/1 printables for the Total Whole Grain here:www.boodle.com, www.coupons.com and www.couponbug.com making the price even better. You can print two.

*Lipton cold brew iced tea bags are $2.50 and you can use the 50-cent coupon from May 18, which will double and make that $1.50.
*Pledge surface cleaner is $3.49 and you can use the 75-cent coupon from May 11, which will double to make that $1.99.
*Bic Soleil razor starter kits and refills are $4.99. If you have the coupon from May 4 where you get a free pack of cartridges when you buy the razor, you could get both for $4.99.
*Dial bar soap three packs are $1 and there was that 60-cent coupon on May 18, which makes it FREE when the coupon doubles.
*DEAL OF THE WEEK: Pert Plus shampoo plus conditioner is $2.99, which you could make $1.99 with the $1 coupon from May 11. If you also have another $1 coupon and the BOGO mail-in rebate from Feb. 24, you could buy the two bottles at $2.99, subtract the two $1 coupons and then get the price of one bottle back by mail. That means that in the end, your two bottles of shampoo would cost 99 cents. (Note that you have to make your qualifying purchase by May 31).
*And Lowes has some good produce deals for $1 this week, including mushrooms, seedless cucumbers, bagged salad, mini carrots and yellow and red bell peppers ($1 is a great price for a red pepper!).

At Harris Teeter (prices good through Tuesday, June 3): *Suave shampoos and conditioners are 79 cents and there was a 50 cents off two coupon on May 18, which will double to make your final price 58 cents for two.
*Hamburger Helper is $1 a box and there was a 75 cents off three coupon on April 20, which will double to make that $1.50 for three boxes.
*Cheer laundry detergent is $3.99 and there was a 35-cent coupon on April 6, which will double to make it $3.29.
*Perdue Perfect Portions are $7.99 and there was a $2 coupon on May 18.
*Pepperidge Farm Swirl Breads are $2.50 and there was a 40-cent coupon on April 6 that will double to make those $1.70.
*Hormel Black Label bacon is $3.99 and there was a 50-cent coupon on Feb, 17, which will double.
*Kraft dressings are two for $5 and there’s that 75 cents off two coupon from May 11, which will double.
*Electrasol dishwasher detergent is $2.99 and there was a 35-cent coupon on May 4.
*Spray n Wash is BOGO (buy one get one free) and there was a 50-cent coupon on May 4 that will double and should make that a good deal.
*Glass Plus spray bottles are BOGO and there was a 50-cent coupon on those on May 4, which will double.
*Neutra Air is BOGO, and there was also a BOGO coupon on May 4. That could be a buy one get TWO free, or, since Harris Teeter rings up its BOGO deals at half-price for each item, you could simply pay half the price of one and get two instead.
*And Coke fridge packs and Doritos are BOGO.

At Food Lion this week (prices good through Tuesday, June 3): *Oscar Mayer deli shaved lunchmeats are $2.50 and there was a 55-cent coupon on May 11.
*Ragu pasta sauce jars are two for $5 and there was a $1 off three coupon on May 18.
*Huggies diapers jumbo packs are $8.99 and there was a $1 coupon on May 18..
*Jello pudding or gelatin cups are $2.99 and there was a 50-cent coupon on April 6. (expires on Saturday).
*New York Texas Toasat is $2 a box and there was a 40-cent coupon on May 11.
*Silk soymilk is $2.50 and there was a 55-cent coupon on April 13.
*Dove deodorant is $2.29 and there was a 75-cent coupon on March 16.
*Tennessee Pride sausage is $2 and there was a 50-cent coupon on May 18.

At Kroger stores this week (prices good through Saturday, May 31):
*Fun Pack Lunchables are $2.50 and there was that $1 off three coupon on April 27.
*Pringles are 88 cents a can and there was a 30 cents off three coupon on May 4.
*Snyders Nibblers are two for $5 and there was a 75-cent coupon on May 11 (though that won’t double at Kroger).
*Suave hair care products are two for $3 and there was a $1 off two coupon on April 20.
*A1 Sauce is $2.99 and there was a $1 coupon on May 11.
*Bush’s baked beans are $1.33 each and there was a $1 coupon on April 20 for the Grillin Beans. I’m not sure if they’re included in the sale, but that would be a very good deal.
*Smart Balance Butter Blend is $1.77 and there was a 75-cent coupon on April 27.
*Hormel Compleats are $1.99 and there was a 75-cent coupon on May 18.
*Laughing Cow cheese wedges are $2.50 and there was a 55-cent coupon on May 18.
*Kibbles n Bits dry dog food is $7.99 and there was a $2 coupon on May 18.
*There are a ton of produce items on sale for $1 this week, including avocadoes, green beans (per pound), English Cucumbers, Dole bagged salad, Kroger Raisins, Eggplant (per pound), Vidalia onions (per pound, Zucchini or squash (per pound) and Roma tomatoes (also per pound). *Kroger held over the deal where you get a free container of ice cream when you buy two California Pizza Kitchen or DiGiorno pizzas.
*And Kroger also held over the special eSaver deals that you can load onto your Kroger card online and then redeem in store (electronic coupons, basically), There are so many deals that I’ll leave you all to it. Check page two of this week’s flier for the details.

According to AFULLCUP.com the trial size Thermacare packs are generating a $1.50 RR. Evidently they cost $1.49 so they would be free after RR. Those things are great so I will have to try it.
