I went into Food Lion tonight and they have Ice Cream Novelties (many kinds!) on sale for 33% off- most were $1.50-$2.50. Combined with the FLIP for $1 off FL Ice Cream makes for a pretty good deal!!
The bannana pops were the best bet at $1.33.
