Kroger has 4 packs of Cottonelle toilet paper on sale this week for .99. There were .50/1 q in the 7/20 and 8/24 Smart Source. Since our Kroger doubles q's up to .50 this means FREE TP!!!! Time to stock up!!! (credit goes to Frugal Dr Mom for this information.
