According to information from a couple of forums, they can be found at Harris Teeter, Kroger, Bi-Lo, Albertson's, Bloom, Food Lion, Lowes Foods, Farm Fresh. Check for your store here.
The TMF states the purchase must be between 10/1/2008 and 3/31/2009.
