Whenever I go to Target, I always go the the clearance section in our store's HBA department. Tonight, I found on the back end cap a whole shelf of Garnier Nutrisse marked down. The sign above it said 15%; however, upon closer inspection I found that they are marked down from $6.99 to $3.48. There was a $2/1 q in the 2/8 RP so you will pay $1.48--which is a great price for hair color. You need to hurry because the coupons expire on the 3/15.
