It seems that Old Navy has a "secret" website that you can go to when you want to find $XX off of $XXX coupons or % off coupons for in-store purchases. Well, its not a secret anymore.
Check out the site here. The coupons are not visible to the naked eye...you have to search for them by scanning and clicking your cursor over different areas of the page.
My coupon was found in the box with the Polo shirt item of the week. The coupon is 15% off any in store purchase from 3/6 - 3/12. It is a PDF coupon; however, it does state that the bar code is valid for one time use and cannot be shared.
The coupons change so if you are an Old Navy shopper, you will want to bookmark the site and check back weekly.
