If It Seems To Good To Be True. . . .

Last week I saw a $2 Wisk PDF format coupon on another blog and started to post it here because it would have made for some awesome deals. It just didn't feel right because Wisk generally does not have high value coupons and I wondered if it was a legitimate coupon. I contact Bud Miller at CIC and he forwarded my concerns to the appropriate individual. Here is the response that I got:

Hi Barbara,

Last week, you inquired with Bud Miller/the CIC if a Wisk coupon you came across online was legitimate. Our findings indicate that it was not, and it has been removed from the web. If you have a copy of the PDF coupon, please do not distribute it or post it on your blog.

Thank you.

I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of this coupon in case you had seen it and saved it to your computer. Remember, since it is not legitimate...the retailer will not be reimbursed...and the use of counterfeit coupons will only make it harder for us when we try to use printables. (Note: I know that the other blogger was not aware that the coupon was not legitmate.)

Thanks for keeping it real!!

Thanks for letting me know. I had a question in my mind because it was PDF but All just put out a $2 so I thought it was good. Glad I haven't used it yet.
