If you have never been to one of the military case lot sales, you may want to plan for the next one! I went to one while stationed in Kodiak, AK and it was awesome.
Lissa at Saving Your Cents let me in on a secret. Many military bases are getting ready to have caselot sales. I checked and found the following NC bases and their schedules:

Seymour Johnson AFB (Caselot Sale June 2 & 3)
Camp Lejeune Commissary (Caselot sale coming May 29 and 30th. Product availability and shopping hours to be announced in near future)
