What I am most impressed with is Chef On Thyme has been able to keep thier prices low when other caterers have had to raise prices. They are able to do this because Mark shops the sales, stockpiles and is now learning couponing strategies from my blog.

I am also impressed with the fact that they use lots of fresh produce from our local farmer's market.

I have had the privilege of trying a few of his dishes and they are amazing.
