Nintendo Wii 4 Doc Recharge Sation Recall

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of about 220,000 of the $50 Nintendo Wii 4-Dock Recharge Station made by Psyclone Essentials or Reacts? after receiving reports that the batteries can overheat and cause burns. So far, six cases of overheating have been reported along with two cases of actual hand burns.

Available at major retailers like Toys R Us, Amazon, Target and Best Buy, the products were made in China and distributed by Griffin International in the U.S. Psyclone has more information about the recall on their site.
