I just read on Moms Need To Know that CVS has a new $5 off $25 printable.

In order to get the coupon, you must take the CVS Flu Quiz. Rumor has it that you can take the test more than one time and get the coupon. I took the test and it asked for no personal information so I would say that is correct. A drop down box appears and you are able to print more than one.
