Great News! No more arguing with Target cashiers and managers over reducing the amount of a coupon when the coupon value exceeds the product value!!! The Target Coupon policy is now available on the Target website! The policy clearly states that the coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.
