I just read on Moneywise Moms that CVS is encouraging it's shopper to use less plastic by bringing in your own reusable bag. As an encouragement to "Go Green" they are offering the Green Bag Tag which can be purchased for .99. Attach it to your reusable bag and each time you shop have it scanned. Every 4th scan you will earn $1 ECB. You are limited to one scan per day, but hey, you are still earning ECB's just for going green.
