Free Shipping Day is a one day online shopping event on Dec. 17, when participating merchants offer free shipping to their customers with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
There are currently 527 merchants (and counting) that are expected to offer free shipping with delivery by Christmas Eve. Many of these merchants will be offering other discounts to entice you to shop with them.
This event was created last year by the founder of FreeShipping.Org, Luke Knowles and his wife Maides. It was such a huge success that they decided to make it an annual event.
