Kroger Recalls Soup Mixes
I heard on the news this morning that Kroger has recalled two soup mixes that might be contaminated with salmonella. Here are the specifics.
• 2-ounce packages of Kroger Onion Soup & Dip Mix, with sell dates of Jan. 6 to Feb. 17, 2011, and UPC code 0001111073293
• 2.2-ounce packages of Kroger Beefy Onion Soup & Dip Mix, with sell dates of Dec. 28, 2010, to Feb. 23, 2011, and UPC code 0001111073929.
The recall extends to 27 states, including Ohio, the company said over the weekend, and includes all Kroger subsidiaries except the Ralphs, Fred Meyer, QFC and Foods Co. chains.
You can return the mixes for a full refund.
