Thanks to Christine at Northern Cheapstake, I just learned that my satellite provider, Direct TV is offering a free premium channel weekend starting today, June 18 through Sunday, June 21. I'll be able to record movies on HBO, Cinemax, Showtime and Stars. My DH will be able to take advantage of the SportsPack. Wow! thats more then 200 channels for free!!!
I also learned about a site, FreePreview.TV that lets you know when major satellite and cable companies are have free previews. You can even subscribe to the site to be in the know when these previews will occur.
