I just have to share this adventure that my friend, Ruthie, and I had on our last shopping trip. I had forgotten that she had taken pictures of our deal.
We were shopping together during the last HT triples and decided to do a "blinkie" run at Food Lion. We also had catalina's from some promotion that we had to use that day. We decided that we would use the cats on meat. Holy Moley, we hit the motherload!! We found packages of 93% Lean Ground Beef reduced to $1.71 cents! We started putting some in our cart. A woman came up and wanted to know if we were taking it all. We told her to take all that she wanted and we would take the rest. So.......
We ended up with 30 packages of hamburger!
Ruthie has a DH and 3 children so she got 20 packs and I took 10.
We should be set on hamburger for awhile.
